Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED WITH OTHERS TO DEVELOP MOTOR CARRIER COST SCALES. DATA ON ACC-35 REPRESENT A SAMPLING OF FREIGHT BILLS COVERING ONE SHIPMENT. IF A CARRIER HANDLES MULTIPLE TRUCKLOAD SHIPMENTS, THEY ARE TO BE REPORTED ON THIS FORM SINCE THIS DATA IS ESSENTIAL TO INSURE THAT DATA RELATING TO ALL SHIPMENTS AND TONS IS COLLECTED.
