Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED WITH OTHER FORMS TO DEVELOP MOTOR CARRIER COST SCALES. FORM ACC-40 PROVIDES ANNUAL INFORMATION FOR USE IN SEPARATING PEDDLE OPERATIONS BETWEEN PICKUP AND DELIVERY PORTION AND LINE-HAUL PORTION OF THE TRIP. IT IS USED TO DETERMINE HOW THE EXPENSES WERE CHARGED.
