Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED WITH OTHERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOTOR CARRIER COS SCALES. THE DATA ON THIS FORM ENABLES THE COMMISSION TO DEVELOP COST FOR VARIOUS WEIGHT SHIPMENTS AND TYPES OF TRAFFIC. BECAUSE OF THE WID DIFFERENCE IN THE COST PER HUNDREDWEIGHT, AND THE COST FOR THE FOUR TYPES OF TRAFFIC, IT IS IMPORTANT TO PROVIDE A DISTRIBUTION OF THE ANNUAL SHIPMENT AND TONS.
