This information
collection is approved to June 1982. This clearance is to allow the
ICC time to proceded in its rulemaking (NPRM published March 1981)
to consider modifications to the reporting requirement. OMB
suggests that the Commission consider ways in which the reporting
burden imposed by this requirement could be reduced, and whether
the job classification scheme currently used should be modified.
When this package is resubmitted, the ICC should more clearly
explain the need for and Federal use of the information
collection.
