Abstract: SUBMISSION OF THE FORM IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE AGENCY'S EARLY TRAINING SYSTEM. THE FORM PROVIDES DATA WHICH IS COMPARED WITH BASE DATA CONTAINED ON THE COMPUTER TO DETERMINE IF PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED TOLERANCES AND THRESHOLDS HAVE BEEN EXCEEDED. IF SO, EXAMINER STAFF IS ALERTED, TO THE CONDITION THROUGH AN ADVERSES CONDITION REPORT AND WILL MAKE APPROPRIATE CONTACT TO ENSURE SAFETY AND SOUNDNESS OF THE CREDIT UNION'S OPERATION.
