Abstract: UNDER THE CIVIL SERVICE RETIREMENT LAW, SURVIVOR BENEFITS TO CHILDREN, OF DECEASED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES, WHO HAVE REACHED AGE 18 MAY NOT CONTINUE UNTIL THEY REACH AGE 22 PROVIDED THEY ARE UNMARRIED FULL-TIME STUDENTS. IT IS PROVIDED TO THE STUDENTS 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THEIR 18TH BIRTHDAY, AND ANNUALLY OR SEMI- ANNUALLY UNTIL THEY ARE AGE 22.
