Abstract: RULE 71, 17 CFR 250.71 AND FORMS U-12-I-A AND U-12-I-B IMPLEMENT SUBSECTION 12(I), 15 USC 791(I) OF THE PUBLIC UTILITY HOLDING COMPANY ACT OF 1935 WHICH MAKES IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON EMPLOYED OR RETAINE BY A REGULATED COMPANY TO PRESENT, ADVOCATE, OR OPPOSE ANY MATTER AFFECTING A REGULATED COMPANY BEFORE CONGRESS, THE COMMISSION, AND THE FEDERAL POWER COMMISSION UNLESS SUCH PERSON FILES A STATEMENT WITH THE COMM.
