Abstract: RULE 24B-1 WAS ADOPTED IN 1934 PURSUANT TO THE PREDECESSOR TO PRESENT SECTION 24 OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT O 1934 (THE "ACT") WHICH RELATED TO THE PUBLIC CHARACTER OF INFORMATION. THE RULE REQUIRES A NATIONAL SECURITIES EXCHANGE TO KEEP AND MAKE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION A COPY OF ITS REGISTRATION STATEMENT TOGETHER WITH ANY EXHIBITS FILED WITH THE COMMISSION, INCLUDING ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
