PARAGRAPH (C) OF RULE 17A-5 SETS FORT THE STATEMENTS WHICH MUST BE
SENT TO PUBLIC CUSTOMERS OF BROKERS AND DEALERS. THE PRIMARY
PURPOSE OF RULE 17A-5(C)(EXHIBIT A) IS TO GIVE T PUBLIC CUSTOMERS
OF A BROKER-DEALER A CLEAR INDICATION OF THE FINANCIA CONDITION OF
THE BROKER-DEALER AND CONVEY SIMILAR INFORMATION TO THE COMMISSION
AND SELF REGULATORY ORGANIZATIONS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
