clearance is approved for use through December 1982 when the
Federal Reserve is expected to complete review of all its consumer
credit reports. For extension or revision of this approval, the
Board is to provide in its supporting statement a detailed
explanation of: 1) the need for monthly reporting, 2) the need for
a stratified sample of 120 finance companies in the the reporting
panel, 3) the relationship of FR2248 and 2248A to the quinquennial
universe survey of finance companies.
