Abstract: PROVIDES "GROUND TRUTH" DATA FOR AN AEROSPACE REMOTE SENSING PROJECT TO DETECT CONDITION AFFECTING CROP PRODUCTION TO IMPROVE ACCURACY OF DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN CROP FORECAST AND TO DEVELOP LAND USE AND RESOURCE INVENTORIES.
