Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY DEFENSE CONTRACTORS TO REQUEST PROGRESS PAYMENTS ON NEGOTIATED DEFENSE CONTRACTS. THE FORM IS NEEDED BECAUSE IT PROVID FOR UNIFORM INTERPRETATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND APPLICATION OF THE PROGRESS PAYMENT CLAUSE CONTAINED IN THE CONTRACT.
