Abstract: REGULATIONS 30 CFR 602 ESTABLISH DISTRIBUTION OF BUREAU OF MINES HELIU PURSUANT TO 50 USC 167 BY A SYSTEM OF AUTHORIZED PRIVATE DISTRIBUTORS. THREE FORMS ARE NEEDED TO (1) GATHER ESSENTIAL DATA FOR CONTRACT COMPLETION, (2) INSURE COMPLIANCE BY CERTIFYING BUREAU HELIUM PURCHASE EQUALS OR EXCEEDS THAT SOLD TO FEDERAL AGENCIES, AND (3) TO ACCOUNT FO BUREAU HELIUM TRANSFERRED BETWEEN DISTRIBUTORS.
