Abstract: FORM IS NECESSARY TO DOCUMENT A SHIPMENT OF BEER CONCENTRATE FOR EXPORT WITHOUT PAYMENT OF TAX. IT DESCRIBES THE SHIPMENT, SHIPPER, METHOD OF EXPORT, AND CERTIFICATION BY CUSTOMS OF ACTUAL EXPORTATION. IS USED TO ACCOUNT FOR THE DISPOSITION OF BEER CONCENTRATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW AND REGULATIONS AND AS AN ACCOUNTING OF BEER CONCENTRATE BY A BREWER.
