Abstract: THE LAW IMPOSES A WINDFALL PROFIT TAX. TAXPAYERS MAY BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR EXEMPTION BY FILING A CLAIM OF EXEMPTION. THIS LETTER IS USED TO DENY ANY ORGANIZATION'S CLAIM OF EXEMPTION FROM WPT, AND TO REQUEST EXECUTION OF IRS FORM 6458 AND FILING OF ANY RETURNS DUE.
