Prior to any
further extension of these reports, EIA (1) will demonstrate in
detail actual use (and practical utility) of the data received by
EIA in furthering its statistical programs and that these forms
involve the least burden necessary to meet the terms of the
statutory mandate, and (2) will review these forms with BLS and
respondents to determine whether data needs for energy productivity
analysis can be met through use of these forms.
