BARRELS OF OIL OR GREATER MUST HAVE WRITTEN PROCEDURES FOR OIL
TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE VESSEL AND FROM TANK TO TANK WITHIN THE
VESSEL. THESE PROCEDURES HELP TO PREVENT OIL POLLUTION. THEY MUST
BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE COTP OR OCMI UPON REQUEST.
