Terms of Clearance: This request for clearance is approved for use through April 1982. This clearance authorizes the survey on a one-time basis. The form must be revised to indicate that an S & L should provide information on its alternative adjustable mortgage loan only if it constitutes a significant portion of the AML volume. For extension or revision of this approval, the Bank Board is to provide evidence that large associations, as covered by this survey, have a great majority of the adjustable mortgage loan volume. Otherwise, any future request for approval should include a representative sample of institutions.
