Abstract: ONE PORTION OF THIS STATUTORY PROVISION DIRECTS THAT CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE NCUA BOARD AND A CREDIT UNION INVOLVING ASSETS PURCHASED BY THE BOARD MUST HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE CREDIT UNION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND REFLECTED IN ITS MINUTES.
