EMPLOYEES TO AID IN EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SES AS REQUIRED
BY THE CSRA. DETERMINING WHY EXECUTIVES LEAVE THE GOVERNMENT WILL
ASSIST OPM IN CORRECTING FEATURES OF THE SES PROGRAM WHICH CAUSE
UNDESIRABLE TURNOVER, E.G., EFFECT OF THE PAY CAP ON LOSS OF
EXECUTIVES.
