Abstract: THE PROGRAM WILL EVALUATE THE IMPACT OF RESIDENTIAL SOLAR SPACE CONDITIONING AND WATER HEATING ON DISTRIBUTOR AND TVA SYSTEMS BY MONITORING REQUIREMENTS FOR TOTAL AND BACKUP ELECTRIC SERVICE. THE PROGRAM EVALUATES CUSTOMER REACTIONS TO TIME-OF-DAY RATES AND THEIR INCENTIVES TO SHIFT LOADS TO PERIODS OF CHEAPER POWER PRODUCTION.
