Abstract: REGULATION ESTABLISHES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES USED BY FMHA IN THE COLLECTING AND SERVICING OF EXISTING LOANS. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE RESCHEDULING, DEFERRING AND REAMORTIZING OF LOANS TO ENABLE BORROWERS TO BECOME MORE SUCCESSFUL AND TO REDUCE FMHA LOAN LOSSES.
