Abstract: THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON PRINTING MANDATES THAT "ALL DEPARTMENTS SHALL MAKE NECESSARY REVISIONS IN THEIR MAILING LISTS AT LEAST ONE A YEAR IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE WASTE IN GOVERNMENT FUNDS CAUSED BY PUBLICATIONS BEING IMPROPERLY ADDRESSED, OR MAILED TO PERSONS NO LONGER DESIRING THEM. THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE USED TO ANNUALLY ACCOMPLISH THE PURGE MANDATED BY THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON PRINTING.
