Abstract: THE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION WILL BE REVIEWED TO DETERMINE WHETHER EACH STATE HAS LEGALLY CONSTITUTED STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL, WHICH IS PREREQUISITE TO THE ISSUANCE OF A GRANT FOR THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL AND TO THE APPROVAL OF THE STATE'S ANNUAL PLAN FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION. THE BUDGET WILL BE USED AS THE BASIS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE GRANT AWARD TO THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL.
