Abstract: OMB CIRCULAR A-110 STATES THAT WHEN FEDERAL FUNDS ARE ADVANCED TO RECIPIENTS, THE RECIPIENT ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TO THE FEDERAL SPONSORING AGENCY A REPORT ON EXPENDITURES MADE AND FEDERAL FUNDS UNEXPENDED FOR EACH AWARD AND REPORT THE STATUS FOR EACH AWARD AND REPORT THE STATUS OF FEDERAL CASH ADVANCED. THE AGENCY WILL USE THE REPORT TO MONITOR CASH ADVANCED TO THE RECIPIENTS AND TO OBTAIN EXPENDITURE DATA FOR EACH AGREEMENT WITH THE RECIPIENT.
