reservation the collection of quality assurance information.
Whether the practical utility of this information collection
exceeds i costs, however, will depend on whether EPA is able to
make the fullest possible use of the information, through its use
of quality assurance personnel and its internal quality assurance
procedures. OMB therefor asks EPA to provide the following
information within three months of t date of this clearance action:
1. What will be the statistical and programmatic qualifications of
EPA employees with significant quality assurance responsibilities?
2. How will EPA use the information after it reaches EPA, and how
will EPA provide quality assurance within the agency to ensure data
gathered intra- and extramurally are treated consistently?
