SO THAT HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATMENT, STORAGE AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES
CAN APPLY FOR A PERMIT AS REQUIRED UNDER SECTION 3005 OF RCRA. THE
PERMIT APPLICATION IS ALSO USED TO DEFINE THE PROCESSES THAT CAN BE
USED AND THE WASTES THAT CAN BE HANDLED AT AN EXISTING FACILITY
THAT HAS INTERIM STATUS.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
