Abstract: RCRA SECTION 3005 REQUIRES EQCH RESPONDENT TO OBTAIN A PERMIT TO OPERATE. THE PERMIT APPLICATION REQUIRES INFORMATION REGARDING THE FACILITY'S LOCATION AND DESIGN PLUS ESTIMATES ON THE HAZARDOUS WASTE COMPOSITION, QUANTITY AND CONCENTRATION. EPA USES THIS DATA TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS.
