Abstract: P.L. 93-383, SECTION 810, REQUIRES THAT THE SECRETARY, CPD CONDUCT CONTINUING EVALUATIONS OF PROGRAMS CARRIED OUT BY LOCAL AGENCIES. THIS REPORT MONITORS THE PROGRESS OF THE PROPERTIES, ONCE THEY ARE TRANSFERRED TO A LOCAL AGENCY, TO THE HOMESTEADER, THROUGH THE REHABILITATION AND FINALLY TO FINAL CONVEYANCES.
