Abstract: TO BE ABLE TO MONITOR THE AMOUNT OF POTENTIAL SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE GOVERNMENT AND TO CHECK THIS WITH THE CUMULATIVE ORDER LIMITATION AND THE NET SERVICES DELIVERED.
