ON ISSUES AFFECTING THE U.S. TRADE POSITION. DATA COLLECTED THROUGH
THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS NEEDED TO ASSIST IN DEVELOPING A U.S. POSITION
FOR AN UPCOMING GATT MINISTERIAL MEETING IN NOVEMBER, 1982. A FINAL
REPORT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PRESIDENT AND THE CONGRESS ON OR
