Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO INVESTIGATE THE IMPACT OF THE SBIR PROGRAM AT THE NSF ON (A) THE AWARDEES, (B) THE FIRMS DECLINED AWARDS, AND (C) THE ECONOMY.
