Abstract: THE OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY ARE TO OBTAIN DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION ON THE EXTENT, NATURE AND QUALITY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING BEING PROVIDED FOR REFUGEES AND ENTRANTS THROUGH THE REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT PROGRAM AND TO GATHER INFORMATION ON THE MOST EFFECTIVE APPROACHES TO ENGLISH TRAINING, AS WELL AS METHODS USED TO MONITOR SUCH TRAINING.
