Abstract: SECTION 205(A) PROVIDES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALITY REVIEW STUDIE OF THE CLAIMS PROCESS SO THAT EFFECTIVE PROCEDURES FOR FURNISHING PROO AND EVIDENCE MAY BE ESTABLISHED. THIS FORM IS USED IN AN ONGOING PROGRAM TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM A SAMPLE OF DI RECIPIENTS. THE DATA WILL ACCURATELY DETERMINE THE NATIONAL ERROR RATE FOR DI PAYMENT AND AID IN RECOMMENDING APPROPRIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION.
