Abstract: THIS FORM FULFILLS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A STATE PLAN AS STIPULATED IN REHAB ACT. THE PLAN SERVES AS THE BASIS FOR FLOWING MONIES TO THE STATES UNDER TITLE I OF P.L. 93-112. THIS PLAN COVERS THE PERIOD FY 1983 THROUGH 1985.
