Abstract: THE TAYLOR GRAZING ACT (43 U.S.C. 315), AS AMENDED, AND THE FEDERAL LAND POLICY AND MANAGEMENT ACT OF 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1752) REQUIRES AN APPLICATION FOR LIVESTOCK GRAZING USE ON PUBLIC LANDS ADMINSTERED BY BLM. THE FORM PROVIDES THE APPLICATION WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO INDICATE TYPE, AMOUNT, PERIOD AND AREA OF GRAZING USE DESIRED AND IS REQUIRED TO CHANGE AN EXISTING GRAZING AUTHORIZATION AND TO ESTABLISH A NEW GRAZING PREFERENCE AND UPON TRANSFER OF
