Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES INFORMATION AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PASSAGE OF NONPERMITTED ACROSS THE FEDERAL RANGE UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF BLM AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER SECTION 1 & 2 OF THE TAYLOR GRAZING ACT (48 STAT. 1269; 43 U.S.C. 315, 315A0315R). THE FORM MUST BE FILED WITH THE AUTHORIZED OFFICER AT THE LOCAL BLM OFFICE EACT TIME AN APPLICANT APPLIES FOR PERMISSION TO TRAIL OR CROSS FEDERAL RANGE WITH NONPERMITTED LIVESTOCK
