Abstract: UNDER THE TAYLOR GRAZING ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED, (43 U.S.C. 315) AND THE FEDERAL LAND POLICY AND MANAGEMENT ACT OF 1976, PLACEMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS ON ANY OF THE PUBLIC LANDS BY PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS MUST RECEIVE PERMISSION FROM BLM TO SATISFY CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS, AND MULTIPLE USE TERMS IN LINE WITH LAND USE PLANS.
