THE INFO IS THE MINIMUN NECESSARY TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY TO CONTACT APPLICANTS, AND TO PLACE APPLICANTS IN CAMPS AS NEAR AS POSSIBLE TO HOME. DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION IS ALSO GATHERED TO DETERMINE EFFECTIVENESS IN REACHING ALL SEGMENTS OF THE POPULATION.
