Abstract: PURSUANT TO SECTION 304(A), P.L. 91-513, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL MAY REVOKE OR SUSPEND A REGISTRATION UPON FINDING THAT A REGISTRANT'S STATE LICENSE OR REGISTRATION WAS SUSPENDED OR REVOKED BY A STATE AUTHORITY. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION TO PRECLUDE ISSUING A REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE TO REGISTRANTS WHO HAVE HAD THEIR STATE LICENSE TO MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTE OR DISPENSE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES SUSPENDED OR REVOKED
