TO OBTAIN EXPOSURE-RELATED INFORMATION
FROM MANUFACTURERS OF ABOUT 250 CHEMICALS WITH SIGNIFICANT
SUSPECTED TOXICITY. FOR MOST OF THESE CHEMICALS, TSCA REQUIRES EPA
TO EVALUATE THE NEED FOR SECTION 4 TEST RULES. A FEW OF THE
CHEMICALS WERE BROUGHT TO EPA ATTENTION BY NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL
RISK FROM THE PUBLIC. BASED ON DATA COLLECTED ON THIS FORM,
CHEMICALS WITH SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE POTENTIAL WILL RECEIVE FURTH
EPA ATTENTION.
