Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS PART OF DOT'S RESEARCH ON THE IMPACTS OF DEREGULATION O THE MOTOR CARRIER INDUSTRY IN FLORIDA. THE RESULTS OF THIS STUDY WILL BE USED IN FORMULATING DOT POLICY ON BUS REGULATORY REFORM AND WILL BE USED IN DOT TESTIMONY AND WORK WITH CONGRESS ON THIS ISSUE.
