Abstract: THE GSA FORM 3325 IS USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDERS MAILING LIST TO BE USED BY THE PBS PROCURING ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCURING THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES. BIDDERS MAILING LISTS ARE MAINTAINED IN ORDER TO ASSURE ACCESS TO ADEQUATE SOURCES OF SUPPLY AND TO OBTAIN MEANINGFUL COMPETITION.
