Abstract: THIS REPORT NOTIFIES THE ICC THAT AN ICC REGULATED MOTOR CARRIER OF PROPERTY HAS ESTABLISHED THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF CARGO LIABILITIES INSURANCE (49 USC 10927(A)(3) AND 49 CFR 1043). THE ICC USES THIS CERTIFICATE TO ENSURE THAT REGULATED MOTOR CARRIERS OF PROPERTY ARE IN COMPLIANCE.
