sample manufacturers of different sizes to obtain estimates the
time needed to verify this information. This data should be used to
improve the accuracy of the burden estimate. Pending completion of
this sampling, the burden hours remains unchanged. Approval is
granted for six months to allow time to revise the burden
estimate.
