Abstract: IN ACCORDANCE WITH TREASURY'S CIRCULAR 10-75, A "REQUEST FOR PAYMENT ON THE LETTER OF CREDIT AND STATUS OF FUND REPORT" IS NEEDED TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO GRANTEES FOR THESE GRANTS. THE DATA IS USED BY OSM TO MINIMIZE THE TIME ELAPSING BETWEEN THE DISBURSEMENT BY A GRANTEE AND THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE UNITED STATES TREASURY TO THE GRANTEE
