Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THIS REGULATION IS NECESSARY AND IS NOT OTHERWISE AVAILABLE TO PBGC. UNER THE STATUTE, PBGC MAY PERMIT PLANS TO ESTABLISH SPECIAL WITHDRAWAL LIABILITY RULES SIMILAR TO THOSE APPLICABLE TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRIES. IN ORDER TO MAKE SUCH DETERMINATIONS, THE PBGC NEEDS CERTAIN INFORMATION FROM T PLAN WHICH SUBMITS THE REQUEST FOR APPROVAL.
