STRENUOUS RESCUE AND RECOVERY WORK. THE CERTIFICATION MUST BE
SUBMITTED ON APPROVED MSHA FORMS. AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED BY THE
FEDERAL MINE SAFETY ACT OF 1977, P.L. 95-164.
