Abstract: THE MAJOR PURPOSE IS FOR MONITORING INDUSTRY COMPLIANCE WITH THE CRUDE OIL PRICING REGULATIONS. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT TO WHICH WEIGHTED AVG FIRST-SALE PRICES FOR PRICE CONTROLED DOMESTIC CRUDE EXCEED OR WERE LESS THAN THE CEILING PRICE, AND IN ENTITLEMENTS CACULATION.
