THE EPA IN COMPLIANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER 12291 IS PREPARING REGULATORY IMPACT ANALYSES OF RCRA HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS. AS PART OF THIS EFFORT, EPA WILL COLLECT INFORMATION IN THE SPRING OF 1982 FROM HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATORS AND TREATMENT, STORAGE, AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES (TSDS).
